LabRunner began from a problem we experienced with specimen tracking and management.  Surgery and recovery can progress perfectly but if the specimen mislabeled or even lost so is the information it holds including diagnosis and treatment options.  We are committed to making sure that patients and their families do not experience the lifelong repercussions of specimen loss.  

Our application was developed with more than forty years of combined industry knowledge to fill a gap in patient care.  The question we began asking is why can we track a pizza or pair of socks from Amazon with more detail than we track an irreplaceable breast biopsy?
